Throwback Thursday - Dogwood Postcard

The little dogwood tree in our yard is blooming again! I love the hint of burgundy at the tips of the petals. Last year I made this illustration themed around May motifs - bumblebees, my dogwood blossoms, the month's birthstone, emerald, and one of May's birth flowers - lily of the valley. Lots of beautiful, springy symbolism in this piece!
