Seeking Glass Ritual Guidebook
The Seeking Glass Practices booklet is a collection of tiny rituals and routines for focus and intention-setting, to be used with any of the Seeking Glass enamel pendants (sold separately).
Meditation and visualization offer us the opportunity to turn inward, discovering peace, reassurance, and clarity. Items such as prayer beads, worry stones, candles, and more are frequently used to help focus, generate introspection, and create the conditions for creative visualization. The seeking glass is to be used exactly as such. The Seeking Glass Practices booklet is an additional tool to help aid in meditation and intention-setting. It is broken down into three sections for each pendent: Focus, Discipline, and Charge.
The FOCUS section summarizes the symbolic meaning of the botanical design and categorizes its most useful qualities.
The DISCIPLINE section provides a rumination or practice that is designed to calm your mind, align you to the goals associated with the pendant, and to draw to mind thing which you already know.
The CHARGE section details a ritual to help clarify your intentions through a call to action and dedication to the manifestation of will.
Botanicals have always held special symbolism and meaning to culture regardless of time or location. For many who share a deep connection with nature, they can be a source of inspiration and spirituality.
Each Seeking Glass rosette features a plant, flower, or tree, and each has its own symbolic meaning and qualities inherent to that botanical. These enamel charms draw inspiration from the multi-faceted rosette, but also from the same timeless spirit of the mandala. Used to focus attention, aid in meditation, or to create a sacred space, the mandala has taken many forms. They represent the wholeness of the universe as well as the inner journey to enlightenment. When we calm our minds and attend to our lives and wellbeing we can sow the seeds for positivity and change.
This is a printed copy of the booklet, with 25 pages of meditations, rituals, and ways to use your Seeking Glass pendants, stickers, or printed cloths. The booklet is soft-cover and measures 7 x 7 inches. There is also a PDF version available for quick reference or so you can connect with your Seeking Glass talisman on the go.
